Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für Rad-Ausflüge nach Konstanz oder in die wunderschöne Umgebung . Zum See und sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr schwimmen gehen oder mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen; und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

With 50m² and 2.5 rooms, the apartment offers electric blinds, free Wi-Fi and a parking space in the underground garage. There is a spacious terrace, a modern bathroom with shower and a modern living-dining area with great kitchen. Home office is of course possible. The proximity to Germany, Lake Constance and the mountains rounds off the stay in our apartment. We look forward to seeing you!

Relaxation is guaranteed in this historic building, which was completely renovated in 2023 and is right on the waterfront with various leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. Apartment 3 is ideal for 2 guests. In addition, 2 more people can be placed on the sofa bed. The apartment faces north with a view of the lake.
