Nothing fancy, but a quaint spot for a those who want to be by the sea. Octopus's garden: The octopus is a mysterious, elusive sea creature that decorates and tends the entrance garden to its hide-a -way home with a collection of shiny and found objects. Atlantic Winds Cottage (1968), an original Nags Head bungalow, is newly remodeled! The cottage is on a private street with only two other cottages. (See 2ndwind and Cackalacky Dreamin' to rent together.) Beach access is just 100 yards away, down a secret path just steps from the cottage! Step out on the front porch to chill, read a book or chat with family and friends. The back deck faces the beach with adirondack chairs, picnic table, and a park grill for grilling.

The Little Beach Lodge
