Lake front SunnySide Chalet is a perfect get away for couples or a small family. The yard is nice to play in and the docks are fun to jump off of. The chalet has most of everything you need, it is our home away from home! We are dog friendly, so the whole family can come! Matthew 39c at Nantahala Weddings & Events - no pets

The Mateos (named after our architect’s little son) are 4 small bungalows with eye-popping views of Lake Nantahala and the Smoky Mountains through an 8-foot sliding glass door. Each Mateo has a queen size bed, private bath, ac/heat, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, 4.4 cu. ft. refrigerator with freezer, air fryer, microwave, tableware, and glassware for two people. The Mateos are not handicap-accessible. Pets are never allowed in 39C – this is a pet-free space ($200 penalty).

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.
