Lake front SunnySide Chalet is a perfect get away for couples or a small family. The yard is nice to play in and the docks are fun to jump off of. The chalet has most of everything you need, it is our home away from home! We are dog friendly, so the whole family can come! Hiawassee has much to offer- shopping, spas, movie theater, fine dining, water sports and Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Young Harris College is only 7 minutes away. The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.
