San Francisco is 30 miles by car, an hour by ferry or bus; Napa, 15 miles away. A great way to see the sites; allowing you prepare some light meals between savoring the local cuisines. Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

The home offers a true escape where one can spin a record by the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, or walk or bike to Gundlach Bundschu at the end of our road.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
