This is a 1,400 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. This apartment has everything you'll need for a peaceful stay. Enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, hang out on the shared screen porch or deck, or luxuriate in a hot outdoor shower. The house, located on the mainland in South Kingstown, is called "The Havana Club" because that is the name of Cuba's most famous rum, and because I have many years' experience going there. This space is a separate apartment, approximately 800 sq ft. Outside is a spacious lawn, hammock, outdoor shower with hot water, picnic table, grill and chiminea. Two miles from the ocean, in a vacation area, so much to do and see and enjoy.

Beach Chairs and towels provided. 10 minutes to the University of Rhode Island and a perfect place for home football games. Laundry facilities on the property. Nicely appointed kitchenette, with a full refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven/ air fryer, and a Keurig coffee maker.

Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.
