The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Gorgeous Chalet is located on the quiet and all-day sunny side of Lake Bled. You will have needed privacy and a really peaceful vacation (very close to the lake and beautiful nature that surrounds the house). It is one of few private properties in Bled suitable for larger families/groups, plus it has a large private parking. Guests will receive Bled Julian Alps card, which offers many benefits (mobility, sights, activities, catering services and more).

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.

Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

This charming 3 bedroom holiday house owned by two beautiful cats (MAU& PABLO) who got all under control. Because we used to be wild and homeless, friendly people took us under their roof. If you like cats, come and join us for a holiday. Our motto is eat, sleep and repeat. We have our own supply of food. If you have a special wish to feed us, we will provide you with threats. Lodges Krpin are located on the sunny side of the Alps. That means that even the early and late months like April/May and September/October are fabulous to have some days off. The prices are lower, its not as crowded around Lake Bled and the spring and autumn colors are fantastic.
