Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Das Appartement Hugo (125 m²) ist eine großzügige 4-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Garten (1.500 m²), gelegen in einem ruhigen Villenviertel in Obermais, Meran. Von dieser Oase der Entspannung erreicht man in 12 Gehminuten das Stadtzentrum und in 15 Minuten die Botanischen Gärten von Schloss Trauttmansdorff. Parkmöglichkeit (1 Parkplatz) ist vorhanden.
