Lovingly renovated, high-quality; fully equipped cottage (ca. 85m² on 2 levels): Ground floor: Entrance into the winter garden with panoramic view over the terrace to Naumburg, which is also dining / lounge, kitchen, bathroom with tub and wellness shower, bedroom with double bed and possibly child's bed (on-site). The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. At the gates of Weimar, this vacation home is perfect for anyone looking for both city life and country tranquility on vacation. The spacious house on three floors offers a large green garden, two terraces for grilling and relaxing, and fields for long walks start right behind the house. The 120 sqm vacation home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play corner for our little guests) as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 2nd floor, you will find a sauna in our bathroom that is exclusively available to you. On the first floor, a farmhouse kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely. A terrace invites you to relax. A grill and fireplace are provided.

Charming vineyard cottage with fireplace & distant views

This property has been lovingly refurbished into a small idyll. If you love charm and not a new building, this is the place to be! Located on a former vineyard, you can look into the green expanse not far from the Saale and the outdoor pool. The 24 square meters have been tastefully furnished and you can expect an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings, an ethanol indoor fireplace and the experience of enjoying a hot shower under the open sky.

Relaxation, peace, peace - that's what you find with us. Your family is welcome, as are the associated animal members. Are you an important companion? For us, the animals are in the first place and everything that revolves around the dog is our area of expertise. If you need care for your dog, you are also welcome to contact us. Welcome! PS: The ceiling height on the upper floor is about 1.75 m jumping for people over 1.75 m. ;)
