Zum Rheinufer sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg, wo auch öffentliche, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind. Zudem gibt es eine Busanbindung (2/12) in die City, den Sie von der Unterkunft aus in 4 min Fußweg erreichen. Nähe der Bushaltestelle „Brenderweg“: Bäcker, Döner, Pizza, asiatischer Imbiss.

Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.

The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
