Very nice house. Super comfortable. Very helpful and attentive host whenever we need. The house is a show in itself, it is worth it for both summer and winter, since it has a fireplace and also a heated pool. We felt at home.

We very much like the house, very close to the beach, air-conditioning in all the rooms, great location, very close to the beach, extremely kind host, in short, it was very pleasant our stay, I certainly recommend it.

Suellen and her husband were very attentive from the first conversations to clear all doubts until the moment we returned and arrived home , always very worried to leave everything in perfect condition and assistance to everything we needed. We arrived she picked us up on the street because the house is on the hill, so she needed to show us how to get there without problems. And even received us at the house with mimos. About the house: New house, smelling of new , all items in perfect condition and of good quality, the bed was better than the one I have at home including hahahaha. Exquisite finishes worthy of a luxury house. Suite with excellent bathrooms, air chilling very well. The house is on the hill the access is steep, but to have that spectacular view to the sea we have to climb there is no other way. But it's worth every penny I highly recommend. Nearby restaurant, market and convenience. We'll be back soon.

It surpassed my expectations. I liked the attention to the details of the finishes and ambient lighting. Good distribution of the nautical sofas and the sea view is charming. I liked the size of the bathing area of the suite, I think about even doing it the same. The cleanliness of the jacuzzi could be of particular attention. karin's house is very comfortable. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. the view of the beach of bombinhas is wonderful. very large environments. Parking for 2 vehicles. Close to the beach. karin welcomed us in the best way and always responded quickly. Keep in mind that the house is in Alto and for adults or people with reduced mobility it can be a bit exhausting the climb walking towards the house. the house is 100% recommended and having breakfast with that view is something spectacular.
