Location exactly as in the photos, everything organized. The apartment is complete, has TV in both bedrooms and also in the living room. We really liked it, and we intend to return again.

The stay in Chris's apartment was an incredible experience, my family and I were extremely satisfied with everything, we already knew the city because we already live in Itajaí, but going to Itajaí and having this experience of staying in Chris's apartment was really surprising. extreme security, everything clean and literally everything as advertised, quick to respond to inquiries, always proactive in helping and understanding the needs of guests. Excellent environment, very clean and organized. Amanda was a great host, she left didactic instructions for us to deal with all the equipment and other amenities available. We were very impressed by the care with which she equipped the house, thinking of every detail to serve those who stay there.

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! The very well-equipped apartment I did not miss anything and the building is beautiful, well worth the well worth pool area if we needed something had the market in the building, for those who are on foot the beach is a little distant but you can get away with Uber that is easy to pick up and is not a high value

Excellent! That was my 5th trip to BC, I already stayed in hotels and other Airbnbs, but for sure Lilian's lodging was the best choice, best cost-benefit as well. It is my first option for a return. The location is excellent, close to everything, the apartment is very comfortable, very good beds, equipped kitchen and the view to the beach makes all the difference. We arrived early on the day and there were no guests to check out so we got a check in a little earlier than anticipated, which was wonderful, helped us a lot to optimize the day. Located near the beach in a quiet region (at least in March) is also another convenience that makes this accommodation so special. Lilian and Graciele were always very quick in the answers and very requested giving good support for the guests. I loved everything, highly recommend the accommodation!

Rodrigo was very kind and promptly answered all requests and questions, the space is cozy and close to supermarkets and the beach. Great location and very close to Beto Carrero Park. We love it!
