This stay was truly exceptional. The house itself was stunning—beautifully designed, comfortable, and located in a unique and peaceful setting that felt like a hidden gem. Every detail was thoughtful, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The host was absolutely wonderful—kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. We felt both well taken care of and completely private throughout our stay. We also got excellent recommendations that made our experience even better. We only regret not staying longer. We were extremely lucky to find Alice's place and book it. The house is very comfortable, it has everything you might need, beautifully decorated and pleasant to sit in or outside. Alice is a wonderful person and host. Very helpful, communicative and kind. Always available for whatever question we had. It is one of the best places I ever stayed in and I would come back to Emilia-Romagna just for it.

Very good location, right near Modena. Parking spaces are available in the street in front of the property. Marco provided coffee, milk, water, croissant and sweets, which was very welcome. Accommodation is nice, large and spacious, the kitchen offers everything you need. Highly recommended!

Two bright attic studios with a single entrance, suitable for up to 4 people. The property is located in front of the Doge's Palace, a wonderful location, super central and well served: in the square below there are several restaurants and bars/bakeries, without this affecting the noise perceived from the house. The two apartments are new, well-kept, very clean and there is everything you need in terms of accessories in the house. Simple entry by typing in the code/unlocking the door from the phone. If I had to go back to Modena, I would definitely come back here! Thanks Giada
