Holiday rentals with a sauna in Naviglio Grande

Giuliano was an incredible host! Needed a place to stay and was on short notice, came across Giuliano's place and was so happy I found it. Amazing location with little to no tourists, with amazing restaurants and bars, plus a short walk to the metro, bus and tram. The amenities were wonderful, from the beautiful layout to the gym and sauna on the bottom level, I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Ho trascorso un weekend indimenticabile in questo appartamento di lusso insieme ad un'amica, ed è stato tutto semplicemente perfetto! La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli: l’appartamento era spazioso, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto moderno ed elegante. La cucina era super attrezzata, ideale per prepararci aperitivi e colazioni rilassanti, e ogni ambiente offriva il massimo del comfort. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è stato l’accesso all’area relax: piscina riscaldata, sauna e una palestra completa, tutto in un ambiente tranquillo e riservato. Dopo giornate di chiacchiere e risate, ci siamo potute rigenerare completamente in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso. La posizione è comoda, facilmente raggiungibile, e l'accoglienza è stata impeccabile: gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione al dettaglio ci hanno fatte sentire coccolate dal primo all’ultimo momento. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole regalarsi una pausa di benessere e stile. Sicuramente torneremo!

Miejsce zgodne z opisem. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Piękny, duży taras. Wszystkie pomieszczenia: kuchnia, łazienka, pokój bardzo przestrzenne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: kilka metrów do stacji metra. W niedalekiej odległości tramwaj. Możliwość zameldowania się w późnych godzinach (byliśmy po północy). Bardzo jasne instrukcje dotyczące dojścia do hotelu jak i samego zameldowania się. Szybki kontakt z Obsługą o każdej porze. Polecam!

Soggiorno breve ma perfetto! Dovevo sbrigare delle cose burocratiche in giornata. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli. Ottima comunicazione con l’host, tutto è andato liscio. Consigliatissima!

Beautiful designer home pretty close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Was quintessentially Milanese and hosts were wonderful!

Soggiorno molto piacevole e comodo. Host reattivo e disponibile. Dintorni belli, a due passi da un super shopping con molte proposte culinarie. L’appartamento come da foto, edificio di recente costruzione e facilities come palestra a disposizione, un plus davvero interessante. Grazie Fabio, se a Milano, ci ritorneremo di sicuro.

Die Wohnung von Matteo ist sehr sauber und modern! Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Matteo ist sehr freundlich und ist zu jeder Zeit erreichbar. Außerdem kann er wirklich tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung geben. Liebe Grüße Willy & Lisa

Eravamo a Milano per un concerto e cercavamo qualcosa non in centro e vicina al Fabrique. La casa è in una zona tranquilla e isolata. Abbiamo avuto anche un Upgrade all'arrivo dell'alloggio. Casa pulitissima dotata di tutti i confort e con anche amenity kit. Consigliata

The staff was very friendly, the air conditioning system is new and the most of the rooms appliances and furniture are new. The apartment was very clean and we were supplied with a ton of towels. Also they gave us bottled water, food, tea and coffee. Sauna, gym and jacuzzi are better than you would expect for the price and the overall atmospheres is very very nice and private.

Lyudmila a été une parfaite hôtesse . Elle nous a proposé de très bons restaurants , qu’elle a réservés pour nous . Elle nous aussi proposé différentes visites de la région toutes plus excellentes les unes que les autres ! Très bon sauna avec seau d’eau fraîche incroyable et très apprécié !! L’intérieur et l’extérieur de la maison ont été pensé avec soin et sont d’une grande propreté . La piscine privée est un plus très sympathique après une grande journée de visites ! Notre séjour de trois jours étaient parfaits et nous ne pouvons que conseiller Lyudmila comme hôtesse . Mille mercis pour tout ;) Zara ( sa toutoune) est totalement adorable et sur 3 jours, nous ne l’avons jamais entendu aboyer : ce qui est très rare.

Vi havde et superhyggeligt ophold i Markos dejlige hus. Meget rent og velforsynet. Der er ikke så meget sjæl i lokalområdet og få og ikke så indbydende restauranter men vi tog småture til fx Lago Maggiore og der er mange små hyggelige byer. Arona er også et besøg værd. Vi kan virkelig anbefale Markos hus. Tak for opholdet, Marko.

simplesmente ADORAMOS. embora um pouco longe do centro, a locomoção é fácil e rápida. o apartamento é ótimo, assim como o espaço como todo, muito lindo e com lazer para quem quer tb curtir o local. A comunicação com anfitrião foi muito precisa, nos ajuda do demais. Os cuidados em deixar roupas de banho e cama impecáveis como hotel, e disponibilizar Intens de banho e tb básicos como café, açúcar, água gelada , chá, fez nos sentir bem recebidos. Na academia tb tem uma máquina de guloseimas e bebidas com precinho justo que foi muito conveniente. SUPER RECONENDAMOS, melhor estadia das 4 cidades que visitamos na Itália.

Host cortesissimi e disponibilissimi, posizione eccezionale, nessun problema al check-in e al check-out, comunicazioni rapide e affidabili. Da segnalare assolutamente!

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.
