The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Ideal for a weekend/short stay. It is quiet, well equipped and clean. The 3 towels per person are super helpful. Finally, both Federica and Roberto are great hosts, they showed availability at all times (we did che check-in at midnight). Instrucciones are 100% clear at all time. 10/10

This place is a gem, it’s well located as you can get to any major place in Milano with tram but also has the charming neighborhood to recharge. I’d stay here again for the next visit!

El departamento de Laura tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Muy bien comunicado vía tram o Metro. La zona de los canales, muy próxima, es ideal para el aperitivo o la cena. La Comunicación con la anfitriona fue muy sencilla. Muy agradecidos.

We visited Paolo's place at the beginning of June 2025 and we had a nice stay. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. He had created a guide with videos on how to enter and unlock the phone. The place was clean and had the basic amenities. You can reach the apartment by taking 43 or 81 bus and walk 7 mins or 11 minutes walk from Istria metro station. We would recommend it!

Attractive spacious apartment with character and lovely rooftop patio surrounded by plants. Great to have tea and coffee supplies. Good proximity to Milano Centrale station, very convenient for our connections. Ilaria was a friendly helpful host. Enjoyable stay!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, qui est tout simplement parfaite ! Très bien équipée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour se sentir comme chez soi. L’intérieur est agréable, propre, fonctionnel, et on s’y sent vraiment très bien. Les hôtes sont adorables, toujours disponibles tout en restant très discrets. C’était un vrai plaisir de séjourner ici ! Les alentours sont calmes, reposant, et l’emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui se rendent au circuit d’Ottobiano — on ne peut pas faire mieux, c’est tout proche. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés. Merci encore aux hôtes pour leur super accueil !

Vi havde et superhyggeligt ophold i Markos dejlige hus. Meget rent og velforsynet. Der er ikke så meget sjæl i lokalområdet og få og ikke så indbydende restauranter men vi tog småture til fx Lago Maggiore og der er mange små hyggelige byer. Arona er også et besøg værd. Vi kan virkelig anbefale Markos hus. Tak for opholdet, Marko.

Schöne, ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit großer Gruppe. Michele hat zügig auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend.

Host cortesissimi e disponibilissimi, posizione eccezionale, nessun problema al check-in e al check-out, comunicazioni rapide e affidabili. Da segnalare assolutamente!

Cristina è reattiva alle richieste e molto gentile. Alloggio molto tranquillo e rilassante. Tutto top, era quello che cercavamo sia per noi che il nostro Kobe 🐕, se possibile ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Cristina, alla prossima

One of my favorite stays I’ve ever had. The garden is absolutely beautiful, I was woken up to the birds every morning and it felt like an oasis. The air conditioning was great. Emiliano is super friendly and warm, and making sure I had everything I needed for an excellent stay. Located just enough off the beaten path to still be close to the many lakes in the region. I would 100% recommend and stay again. Thank you Emiliano!

El hospedaje cubrió nuestras expectativas. La casa impecable, cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. El entorno tranquilo, ideal para el descanso luego de días de paseo intensos. Pero lo mejor, sin dudas, fue lo afectuosa, simpática y atenta que es Melania. Encontrarnos fue como si nos conociéramos desde siempre. Merece la calificación de superanfitriona. Altamente recomendable.

Vi firade min 70årsdag i Federicos hus. Vi var som mest 12 personer till bords och saknade inget! Alla möjligheter till avancerad matlagning och så gott om plats. Inget saknades. Huset i sig själv är som ett palats, trädgården är jättefin. Poolområdet perfekt. Min dotter planerar redan för en resa hit med några vänner. Enkelt ställe att vara flera familjer i. Många sovrum och jättestort kök och vardagsrum. Jag rekommenderar detta ställe av hela mitt hjärta. Dessutom är Federico så hjälpsam .

Alles einfach nur großartig! Die Kommunikation sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und super schnell. Einfacher Check in. (Schlüsselkasten) Appartement wie beschrieben. Sauber, bequeme Betten, gute und leise Klimaanlage.Flair eines Tiny Houses mittlerer Größe. Traumhaft ruhige und sichere Wohngegend und dabei doch mitten in Mailand. Entspannend zum runterkommen nach einem Besuch in der quirligen Stadt. Supermarkt 150m, Restaurants quasi vor der Tür. Mit der Metro 4 Max 15 min zum Flughafen Linate. Und 2 Stationen entfernt vom Dom (einmal umsteigen dabei). Straßenbahn am Ende der Straße (S9 zum Hauptbahnhof), Metrostation unter 5 Min zu Fuß. Sofort wieder. Einfach nur super!!!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, alles ist echt modern und schick gestaltet. Die Anbindung in die Stadt mit der Tram war auch super. Das parken in der Gegend ist kostenfrei möglich, etwas suche ist notwendig.

Everything about our stay in Milano at Michele's place was fantastic, 10/10! The apartment was so clean, comfortable, stylish, and charming I wish we could have stayed much longer. For sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Milano. Michele and Loretta were warm and friendly, it felt like we just made some new friends. They were there to greet us and show us around the apartment and Michele was able to be there to say good-bye as well. The apartment is quiet and bright (and has A/C which was nice given the warm weather) so we slept well. The stay was completely delightful and I look forward to our next visit.

Very kind young man, always replied quickly and helpfully. He made me feel safe and comfortable – truly a warm-hearted person, also the family. I could always ask questions and was treated with care. I really liked it – I’ll definitely come back :)

L'appartement de Barbara est idéalement placé dans un endroit beau, calme et accueillant, et à proximité de toutes les "attractions" de Milan. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. je recommande les yeux fermés. ciao ciao

We hebben hier met veel plezier een week gelogeerd. Heerlijke rustige plek en tegelijkertijd een levendig stadsdeel in de buurt en San Siro en Duomo e.d. ook helemaal niet ver weg. Fantastische plek.

Adorámos a estadia em Milão. A zona onde o apartamento se localiza tem bons acessos de metro, tem ótimos restaurantes muito perto, é uma zona segura e a casa está remodelada com muito bom gosto. Os anfitriões deram ótimo conselhos e sempre recetivos a questões.

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend
