Patricia place is amazing. Very clean and quiet. Cold AC and a balcony to view the surroundings. Pools are beautiful and refreshing and restaurants are all in walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again!

Accommodation, quiet with excellent service from the host, excellent amenities, such as outdoor swimming pools, gym, game room, restaurants and movie theater. Tranquility in the place, warmth of the facilities and a host who is very attentive to the needs. We would definitely come back.

Honestly a 10/10. Everything about this place was perfect. The view was INCREDIBLE. The whole apartment was just perfect. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart which the host provides at an extra cost! Chelsea and Vanessa the hosts were amazing and super accommodating!

The place is very cute and has everything you need to spend an excellent time near the beach. It has beach chairs that can be used, and it offered us a parasol. The truth is that I would go again if I return to La Peñita.

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as pictured and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The rooftop amenities were a huge plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Great location too— walking distance to the mall, Walmart, Sam’s and an Oxxo. Louis was very communicative throughout the check-in process and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Super good choice. The building is very nice and the directions to get there were very clear!! We had no problem with anything. The apartment is very complete and the hosts were always attentive. The pool is a very pleasant space and you can walk to the beach without any problems! I like that the street where it is located is quite safe and easy to access! Very good experience, recommended👍🏼

Very good accommodation, equipped, well maintained, and in excellent condition. It is private, ideal for resting and the best thing is that they allow access to pets. Manuel was very helpful and attentive to the arrival and the doubts that arose. I am satisfied with this experience and recommend it.

We had a great weekend. The house is very comfortable and clean, with everything you need to enjoy a stay with family or friends. The garden with barbecue, the heated pool, the best. This is the second time we've been and we'd go back without hesitation.

100% recommended to stay in this house. It is located in one of the best areas of Tepic with easy and fast access to everything. And the host's attention is one of the best I've had in my Airbnb experience! This will definitely be my first choice on another occasion.

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

The apartment has everything the description says and access was super easy. It's very close to both Vallarta and the Nuevo Vallarta pier, practically close to several beautiful beaches. I plan to return soon!!

What an amazing stay. Centrally located and walkable to everything in Zona Romantica. Christine was very responsive and assisted us with our needs. The flat was wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
