Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und Teil der alten Festungsmauer. 2019 renoviert, wurden ausschliesslich ökologische Materialien verwendet. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Wohnzimmer, Küche, Flur und Bad. Schlafzimmer (Matratzen 08/2025 ausgetauscht) kleiner Vorraum sind im Obergeschoss über eine schmale Treppe erreichbar. Es gibt zwei Holzöfen. Brennholz ist vorhanden. KEIN W-LAN!
