It offers a quiet environment. The layout includes a 15 m² bedroom with a double bed, a 5 m² bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet, a 13.5 m² hall and a 10 m² kitchen with all amenities including a coffee machine. There is a terrace. No smoking in the entire building, including the garden. Visits are allowed only by appointment.

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).
