Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

From here, hikers and bikers have numerous opportunities in the Eifel National Park to discover fantastic tours. Parking is available at the house.

The 32 sqm room with 4 m high ceilings is equipped with a comfortable bunk bed, a daybed, clay wall, wood stove, bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. In summer, the spacious terrace presents itself as a small oasis and invites you to relax. Upstairs are the cozy bedrooms as well as two modern and large bathrooms.

The Red House in Veytal

The red house is located in the idyllic Veytal between Mechernich and Satzvey, directly on the eponymous Veybach. This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.
