Monthly Rentals in Nettuno

Davide was very kind and attentive at all times, the apartment was pristine and modern, the only thing that would be appreciated would be a microwave. Everything else is perfect and the apartment is located near the station and a few minutes from the beach. I would repeat the stay.

We appreciate the effort of helping us driving to train station - maybe it is not that far by walk, but if you have luggage it is always appreciated to get a drive and our host offered it. Thanks for opportunity to live in very nice place in beautiful Nettuno :)

We stayed in the apartment for two months — from March to May. The apartment is bright, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great Wi-Fi and a spacious terrace with sun loungers. The host is very friendly and responsive — he always replied quickly to any questions or requests. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and starting in May, it’s equipped with sunbeds and plenty of seaside cafés. Walking along the wide sandy beach to the city center became part of our daily routine. The city center offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, and supermarkets. The only downside of the apartment is the poor sound insulation between neighboring units. Other than that, everything was perfect!
