Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Neu-Ulm

The place was great! Claus is super nice, was very helpful on site and provided us with many tips. The apartment is modernly equipped (great sauna - everything in the house) and very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. For 7 people it may already be a little cozy or tight (😅) but for four it was great! Thank you Claus for the wonderful stay!

The place was exactly as described. It was very spacious and everything was very clean. The possibility of a parking space in the underground parking is also very good. The communication was very good. Lisa was available for questions at all times.

Very nicely furnished, super clean apartment. The location is quiet and very nice to discover with children. What we particularly like is that the children in the apartment had nice play opportunities and the children's books occupied our children.

You can expect a holiday apartment in the city center of Schwäbisch Gmünd with plenty of space.

We had a great time! Super cozy, bright, quiet, close to nature. Very nice hostess Yvonne, who took care of us warmly. Playground directly under the house, our daughter immediately made friends with the children from across the street. We will be happy to come back!

Everything worked out wonderfully, everything quite straightforward. Was a little confused at first as I thought Ulm is within walking distance of the listing. I read wrong. But was not tragic at all in the end, as Ulm etc. is easily accessible by bus. I really enjoyed having my coffee on the balcony in the morning.

Our daughter used the property to spend a few days at the University of Design. The location was super suitable for this, as it was not far on foot and there was also a bus right outside the front door. Attila welcomed us very friendly upon arrival and also explained where, for example, the nearest supermarket is. He was also super available and responded very quickly to messages. The apartment was very nice, exactly as described, super clean and fully equipped (there were even tissues - very convenient if you arrive a little cold on a holiday and have none with you).

We enjoyed our stay with Andrea and Elmar and Kalle very much. A very lovingly furnished cottage, great garden, a paradise. So clean, as good as new. Everything is really available, from the cleaner to kitchen spices, enough dishes, cooking utensils. As a gift, there was also great coffee for the machine. In addition, the fantastic location in nature. Starry sky, deer, bats included. Also super nice hosts. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back....

As a stop on the way home, the rest with Marcellus and Lee was interesting and relaxing. Marcellus Garten is a worth seeing splendor, Lee provided us with very tasty Asian food. The house is individual, there is personality and history in all corners. The conversations with Marcellus were stimulating and exciting and kept us busy on the way back. As a North German, I would describe Marcellus as a Bavarian unique piece with heart and mind, which you can use to deal with.

Unfortunately, there is no terrace or balcony. Quiet location. Modern furnishings.

Once again excellent experience with Simon! I highly recommend him and his place. He's such an amazing host: always prepared the room in the best way possible to welcome you and make you feel at home. His place is just next to the bus stop so super convenient if you have luggage. Clean apartment with all amenities and everything needed. I can't recommend him enough, he deserves six stars!

The Host is available and flexible. Cozy house. Just to stock basic necessities if finished (such as dish soap, coffee..). Everything else is very comfortable.

I stayed in Andre’s apartment for two months and had a great experience. The place was exactly as described, very clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located close to the exhibition halls. Parking was never an issue. Andre was incredibly kind and always available whenever I needed anything. Thank you for the great stay!

Angelika is super nice, the room was impeccable, was only there for two nights, but it was all very straightforward, the kitchen is really super equipped and you can see the Ulmer Munster from every window, great is the balcony overlooking the Münster!
