My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

Apartment is located on the second floor, in a listed townhouse . The apartment is furnished in retro design with many listed windows, ceilings, doors, walls... Close to outdoor and indoor swimming pool, park (green belt that goes around the old town) and of course the old town with shopping, cafes, bars, museums (medicine and museum for concrete art). Small apartment to feel good

Feel comfortable in our lovingly renovated apartment. We have put a lot of emphasis on ecological construction and you can feel that too. There is a private access and ample parking. Apart from our three children, it is very quiet. Our former courtyard is located outside the village of Sandizell at the edge of the Donaumooses. The adjacent extensive Auerochsen pasture, our bees, goats and chickens provide a farmer's feeling.
