Holiday rentals with a patio in Neuenhagen

It was a perfect stay all around. Close to the airport but very quiet. Cozy balcony! You can tell from the beginning how much love was put into the details in the apartment. It is fantastic and so cozy. You feel right at home. Communication is a 1 plus with⭐️! Everything was explained openly from the beginning, such as how things work. Really great We will be happy to come back. 🫶🏼

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Everything was perfect 🌞 the tram was super fast to reach, quiet area but you can also get to Friedrichshain or Mitte quickly - definitely recommended 🫶🏼

Beautiful place to stay and plenty of space of 6 people to comfortably live. Location is close to public transportation and greatly appreciate the host's for they extraordinary communication. They went above and beyond to meet our meets.

I stayed at this lovely place for a week, in that time Anica and maxim were both extremely friendly and helpful. They left us to it yet we felt right at home. It was an absolute pleasure staying at their air bnb, everything was extremely easy to use and had everything I needed for my whole stay. Very nice quiet location just outside the centre of Berlin. Meaning after a busy day on your feet exploring the city you can head back to relax and unwind in peace. Couldn’t recommend them both enough. Once again thank-you for an amazing pleasant stay. Nicely furnished holiday home. Well equipped kitchen. Gated shared garden was a highlight for our dog. Hosts have a sweet, friendly dog as well. The garden leads to the lake. Host was very nice and helpful.

Great, small apartment. In terms of size ideal for three people. Very clean and above all very quiet (I didn't think of it before) although it was right in the middle of it. 😉 The decor of the apartment was great. Everything new and modern and above all very clean. The bathroom is great and the beds were amazingly good. The host John is also super nice, always reachable and helpful. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street (even relatively much for Berlin) and with a little luck and patience you can always find something. I highly recommend John and his small but nice apartment and would want to stay there again at any time when I am in Berlin with my family.

We immediately felt very comfortable in this special accommodation. The cottage is located in a very quiet street on the edge of a forest area and close to the lake. You first pass through a natural garden, where there are various resting places. The pallet chill-out corner right next to the entrance is particularly beautiful. Upon entering the cottage, you immediately land in the open living area, in the middle of which is the fireplace, for which a lot of wood is available. A steep little staircase leads to the upper sleeping area. Everything was very cozy and tastefully designed. We enjoyed our stay very much, which was also helped by the sauna. We highly recommend the accommodation, but also point out that it would be advantageous to have a mobile support, as it is already a bit off the beaten track.

A nice house with a terrace, we liked the quiet location. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen has solid basic equipment. Communication was always smooth and all questions were answered quickly. I can definitely recommend the place.

We always enjoy staying here. The beds are comfortable and there is space to chill. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal. There is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs if the weather is good enough to eat outside.

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

Very nice accommodation, everything newly renovated, in a quiet location. Approximately 45 minutes from Berlin city center, also super accessible. Landlord was always easily accessible. Flexible check-in times after consultation. I can only recommend it, I'd be happy to do it again.

Amazing place to stay if you’re traveling by car to the Berlin area. The house has everything you need with a big garden around the house. The house has AC on the main and first floor. Nice shower and kitchen. It’s a 45 min drive to Berlin city center. There are two Netto supermarkets across the road one with a 350kwh ev charger. Parking is free across the road. There’s a shopping mall next to the village. A Tesla supercharger is 5-10 min drive from the place. Only point of attention for travelers is the stairs to the bedroom. It’s pretty small and a bit hard to manoeuvre when it’s dark and you want to get to the toilet on the main floor. Make sure to get some light because I banged my shoulder a couple of times because the flooring is extended a bit over the stairwell. All was well and we had a great stay.

Well, what can you say about that? Spend the night in a very tastefully renovated villa. Technically up to date - with all comforts (... and back) furnished. Lovingly furnished with great details. Unfortunately, we could not take advantage of all the amenities due to lack of time. The opportunity to start the day on the terrace with a cup of coffee in the morning is particularly nice!! Anja & Markus are super warm, communicative and always approachable. All in all: An extraordinary accommodation with extraordinary hosts.

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Our stay with Katrin and Ralf was once again highly recommended. It was already the second time we were here, and it feels like home every time. The warm hospitality makes the stay special. This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
