The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
