Our apartment has 4 beds in the large kitchen with dining area and separate bedroom and bathroom with shower. It is about 30m to the lake. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the ground floor. The open, bright living, kitchen and sleeping area with unobstructed views of Lake Hainer can become the center of your holiday together. Hainer See is part of the Leipziger Neuseenland and is located in the municipality of Kahnsdorf in a relaxed environment with lots of nature.

40m² - immediate location on Lake Markkleeberg. Not even a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in the center of Leipzig in 20 minutes. Located on the paved circular route around the lake (9km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to exercise in the fresh air, the time out at Markkleeberger See is perfect. The apartment offers optimal space for 2 people. Based on the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years!

Ein liebevoll modernisierter Wohnwagen könnte Eure nächste aufregende Station sein, um die schöne Gegend am Zwenkauer See zu erkunden, Leipzig zu entdecken, ein paar Tage abzuschalten oder einfach als kurzer Zwischenstopp. Das 2x2m Bett bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene + 1-2 Kindern. Ein Rausfallschutz für Kleinkinder kann installiert werden (siehe Foto). Ein Babybett kann bereitgestellt werden. Der Wohnwagen ist dank seiner integrierten Heizung auch für den Herbst und Winter bestens gerüstet.

Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk), in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Open the doors and the large, wrap-around wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset, without losing sight of the lake.

The charming guest apartment is a separate apartment in our house near the Leipzig lake landscape. The apartment is the ideal starting point for hikes on foot or by bike in the green belt of Leipzig. Thanks to the excellent transport connections, all sights and the city center can be reached quickly. For a cozy breakfast on the balcony, you will find fresh rolls from our traditional bakery and a master butcher around the corner.

In apartment 9, from the south and west facing wooden terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunset.
