The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Endlich ist der Sommer da! Der Wagen steht am schattigem Waldrand mit Blick auf hügelige Wiesen. Die Vögel zwitschern Dich frühmorgens munter und der Waldsee ruft die Tapferen zum morgendlichen Bad (12 min zu Fuß). Du wirst den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse sitzen, das Erwachen der Natur beobachten, Lagerfeuer machen, chillen – und vielleicht die vielen Eindrücke nachklingen lassen. Da die Zivilisation 2,5 km weit weg ist, solltest Du vorher ordentlich einkaufen gehen. Reizarm ist das neue Bio!

Hier könnt ihr in unserem herrlichen Bauwagen "Helgard" entspannen. Absolut niemand kann euch hier sehen, kein Grundstück oder Feldweg hat Einsicht auf diesen Ort. Ihr seid ganz für euch. Das einfache Leben wartet, ein Ort zum ausspannen. Dunkelheit und Sterne sehen, Feuer machen, nackt unterm Apfelbaum duschen (Campingdusche liegt bereit) oder den ganzen Tag herrlich vertrödeln, unsere frischen Eier und selbstgemachten Brötchen essen. Und das Beste: der Badesee ist gleich um die Ecke...

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger See. A one-bedroom apartment awaits you in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Varied excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.
