All rooms are furnished comfortably and practically. Both double rooms are equipped with a TV. A six-bed room sleeps on bunk beds. Both rooms for groups in the loft offer the possibility of sleeping for up to 10 people. The shower and toilet are located in a shared hallway. Our common room also serves as a dining room, a space to host seminars or watch TV, but it can also be used for a relaxing evening or celebration. Amenities for babies and infants are available for free. We'll also be happy to offer you breakfast, half board, or full board. Within the group accommodation, in accordance with the style of the chalet, you have the opportunity to relax in your own sleeping bag or use our bedding. There is also a self-service kitchen and barbecue facilities. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, 2 electric cookers, 1 convection oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery and towels. Use of loft spaces with pool table;m table, darts and Wii can be ordered at an additional cost.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. In a listed customs office, you have an entire floor to yourself. The apartment is completely modernly furnished, but still has the charm of the previous use as a guest floor for the customs officers working there. There is a cozy living room with a large TV, a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, 3 showers and three separate toilets. You can split up into 5 bedrooms. There is something for everyone, whether single or double room, with or without a workplace.

Gutshof Doberschau - Granary

The granary is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round.

Come on deck—we'll set sail for you for an unforgettable night under the orchard sky. On our alpaca farm, a retired dinghy cruiser has run aground and offers space in two berths below deck to sail off to the land of dreams. Above deck, there is plenty of space to enjoy the balmy evenings with a good book or to share a few more sailor's tales. Kitchen, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available on our yard in the common area.
