Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. The tram stop is a 3-minute walk and takes our guests to Linz main square in 12 minutes.
