Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

The studio is modern, very nice and cozy, so we would like to share this special place of rest and relaxation. The studio is located on the 2nd floor on a farm near the Bavarian Forest/Bohemian Forest. In addition to a nice after-work beer on the balcony overlooking the mountains and horse paddock, there are many offers in the area for the athletic heart. In addition to cycling and hiking, the “Bavarian Venice” - Passau is only about 30 minutes away by car.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Less suitable for children under 6 for several days, but perfect as a stopover. City tax included.
