Jahrhundert) mit mehreren Wohneinheiten unmittelbar an der Stadtmauer mit Blick auf den Neuruppiner See. Die Zweizimmerwohnung befindet sich im oberen Geschoss (eine Treppe) und besteht aus einem großen Wohnbereich ca. 50 m² mit Amerikanischer Küche, kleinem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Bad gefliest mit Wanne und separater Dusche sowie Fußbodenheizung. Eine kleine Garage dient als Stellplatz am Haus.
