Alles war so wie beschrieben - ein ungewöhnliches, aber sehr gemütliches Haus, in dem viele Personen Platz haben. Auch an einem Regentag haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren froh, dass das Haus so gut ausgestattet ist. Lediglich ein großer Esstisch drinnen wäre praktisch, wenn man die Terrasse nicht nutzen kann. Da wird es zu 8. am runden Tisch nämlich "kuschelig" ;-) Super war auch, dass man alle Zimmer mit Jalousien verdunkeln kann (außer die im Keller). Markus war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Tolles kleines Häuschen, alles sehr sauber, perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub mit 2 Kindern. 10 Minuten von der Eis Greisslerei und 45 Minuten vom Familypark entfernt. Gemütliche Einrichtung, schöne Aussicht und große Terrasse.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Lias Haus und Garten bieten eine wunderbare Ruheoase. Wir waren zu fünft (alle erwachsen), um ein bisschen ausspannen zu können, was uns in dieser ruhigen Gegend sehr gut gelungen ist. Aufgrund der guten Organisation haben wir uns von Anfang an rundherum wohl gefühlt. Lia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und man spürt in jedem Detail die Liebe zu diesem Haus. Vielen Dank Lia!

Nikoleta’s place was ideal for our group. It was as pictured, clean and very comfortable. Nikoleta is a fantastic host! Very easy to communicate with, many helpful recommendations. She made our stay so comfortable. The house is easy walking distance to everything in Samorin and very easy to get to. Would definitely stay again.

Die Seehütte hat eine einzigartigen Lage. Ideal für Naturfreunde. Eisvogel und Nachtreiher kamen bis auf den Steg. Wir konnten vor Ort sogar noch zwei Karten für die eigentlich ausverkauften Seefestspiele bekommen.

Sehr Tolle Wohnung, alles vorhanden, vor allem das 3 Bett-Sofa hat uns begeistert. Der Indoor Spa Bereich ist besser als bei vielen Wellness Hotels! Absolute Empfehlung

Wir waren für 4 Nächte in Pauls schöner Unterkunft. Der Garten ist wirklich riesig und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl mitten in der Natur bei Vogelgezwitscher und umringt von Bäumen und Blumen. Der Pool und die vielen Hängematten sind perfekt zum Entspannen und für Kinder gibt es im Garten Vieles zu entdecken. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es ist alles da was man zum Kochen und Grillen benötigt. Paul ist ein sehr lieber Gastgeber, er hat uns bei allen Anliegen sofort geholfen und wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Michi's! The rooms were clean and spacious, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches in every corner. Our only regret was the rainy weather, and our only wish, that we had stayed longer. Dear Michi, thank you so much for your warm welcome and for being so helpful throughout our stay. Georg is een vriendelijke en meedenkend persoon. Bij vragen van onze kant probeerde Georg altijd mee te denken. Als we daar ook kookte mochten we gebruik maken van zijn uitgebreide kruidentuin. Op warme rustdagen zaten we lekker onder de parasol bij het zwembad.

Wir haben Anfang Juni 2025 eine Woche in der wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr groß, sehr hochwertig und individuell/künstlerisch ausgestattet. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten sich im Garten, am Pool, auf der Terrasse, auf dem Balkon oder im Wintergarten zu entspannen. In der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden. Die Landschaft ist ein absoluter Traum, direkt vor der Haustür gibt es wunderschöne Natur (Wiesen, Wälder, Berge). Man kann wandern und hervorragend MTB fahren (sehr viele Trails --> absolutes Highlight :-)). Es gibt auch viele "normale" Radwege, auf denen man entspannt nach Mödling (10 min) oder Wien (ca. 60 min) fahren kann. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30 min problemlos direkt in der Wiener Innenstadt. Auch mit dem Zug super easy von Mödling aus. Es gibt zwei Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war tadellos, sie sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. E-Ladestation für Autos nur 100m entfernt.

Я провел 10 дней в этой квартире. Хорошая инфраструктура, все необходимое рядом. Квартира была хорошо подготовлена. В ней было всё необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Паркинг был большим плюсом. Ева была дружелюбной и отзывчивой, всегда была на связи и всегда готова помочь.

Regina’s apartment was a beautiful haven in Vienna. We stayed 2 nights and appreciated the stylish apartment which had all that we could ask for. We really enjoyed the air conditioning on a hot day, cooking in the well set up kitchen and a comfortable nights sleep! The apartment is an easy walk to all the local sites and public transport.

S ubytovaním som bola mimoriadne spokojná. Majiteľka je veľmi príjemná , vo všetkom mi pomohla , všetko vysvetlila .Ak budem opäť cestovať na pár dní do Bratislavy, určite si zarezervujem tento apartmán.

Sehr angenehme Wohnung. Alles was man braucht. Sehr gute Kommunikation und Gastgeber sehr bemüht. Perfekt ist auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Schöner Garten zum wohlfühlen. Dankeschön!

I had a great time staying here! The apartment was just as described, very clean, tidy, modern and quiet. The little welcome gift was a very friendly gesture. Michal was a great and accommodating host. On check-out day, Michal was super flexible and I was able to stay a bit longer so I did not have to carry my backpack around with me all day. Totally recommend!

Thank you Alesia for the opportunity to spend a wonderful time! A great, quiet place to relax. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Alesia was polite, answered questions quickly and helped with advice. The house has basic accessories and appliances. It is not a fully equipped house. However, it is perfect for spending a few nights here. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the train station or a shop. Trains to Vienna run quite often. Sometimes there are cancellations, but in any case, it is possible to get there.
