Herzlich willkommen in unserem Haus mit dem Charme des Alters und unter der Obhut der Göttin Demeter mit ihren lustigen Gesellen. Unser Haus mit 2 FWen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie Elberadweg, Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".

City of Wehlen Markthaus - Vacation rental - Apartment

The Markthaus is a historic gem and is a listed building, designated as the first hostel in Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the reflection of the market church below the castle ruin on the romantic Malerweg. The vaulted cellar and foundation walls date back to 1527. The main house was built in 1734 and operated as a rest stop, post office and inn. In 1850, a massive extension was built in the classicist style. Röhringer ran the Hotel Sächsische Schweiz here.

Cozy 2-story apartment (75 square meters) with children's room or 2nd bedroom, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Living room and one bedroom is on the 3rd floor, the rest on the 2nd floor. A portable crib and highchair are provided free of charge if needed. The public playground is only 100 m away. In the garden there is a small sitting area. A grill is also provided. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is completely closed and for your own use.

A comfortable and family-friendly apartment awaits you with a kitchen-living room, bedroom, shower and toilet. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. It is a nice apartment with kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 bunk bed) and outdoor seating. Not far from Saxon Switzerland and in a quiet location. There is no through traffic but plenty of nature. Hikes can be started well from here, and there are also good options by bike or train. For art and culture lovers, Dresden is not too far away. The local tour operator also offers the possibility of a day trip to Prague.

Small, fine attic apartment

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment).
