Gemütliches Mosel Apartment, ideal für Fahrradfahrer und Wanderer nahe der Innenstadt und direkt am Moselradweg. Auf Wunsch/nach Absprache könnt ihr auch ein leckeres Frühstück bekommen (7€ pro Person). Die Wohnung liegt im EG unseres Einfamilienhauses. Wir wohnen im 1. und 2. Stockwerk. Vom Esszimmer/Küche geht es links ins Schlafzimmer und re befindet sich das Badezimmer mit Badewanne/Dusche. Abschließbare Garage für die Fahrräder ist vorhanden. Restaurants in unmmittelbarer Nähe

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.

Modern design meets history. The listed house stands, surrounded by vineyards, in the Steeg district directly below Stahleck Castle. This unique place has a style all its own: ecological materials such as clay and wood give the house a unique flair and an unsurpassed indoor climate. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.
