Monthly Rentals in Nevada City

What a Beautiful stay, the upstairs deck was so private and felt like you were sitting on top of the world. We liked having the bedroom on the main floor as it stayed nice and cool. Very spacious and walking to town was so close and a pleasant stroll. Nevada City has a lot to offer, restaurants and shopping, had great meals and made some new friends. I definitely plan on renting this unit in the near future.

This was a great AirBnB for our weekend trip in Nevada City. The location in the middle of downtown is perfect for being able to walk to restaurants and other downtown activities. Would stay there again!

The home is lovely, nestled in the trees. The house interior was light and bright. We appreciated the quality of cookware, and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the basic products. Notable was the quality products in the bathrooms. We felt welcomed and considered. The bed was comfy with clean, white, lovely non-smelling linens. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this home. We look forward to returning to this wonderful place in grass Valley.

Ariana and her husband were very easy to communicate with. The place was charming. It did have everything you could wish for. A bathroom with shower, a nicely supplied kitchen, a small, but sufficient refrigerator, and a requested TV. The TV was limited to AppleTV+ & movies on Prime Video (No series for some odd reason). That's just a heads up. It was fine. I do recommend that you go up the driveway quickly. I took it slow the first time and wound up spinning out and kicking gravel all over the place. I picked up the pace after that and didn't have a problem. Highest recommendations for Tiny Miracle.
