Holiday rentals with a patio in New Haven

This is a lovely upstairs apartment about a half mile from a small marina with several good restaurants. You will want to get to the beach in Madison, a state park, rather than the Clinton beach which has high fees for non-residents. With that said, the gate is not attended after 6 pm when I sat and ate a lobster roll and then explored some of the history plaques to be found on the point. Catherine’s place was the perfect site for me to rest after a Hoffman retreat.

My Team was in Stamford for two nights to complete a job. The place was absolutely perfect. Clean, easy to find, and convenient to our job site. There was coffee, tea, and spices available to use. I highly recommend this airbnb.

These hosts take great care in making sure their guests feel welcome and at home. The apartment is cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to relax after a couple of busy days. Their communication is top notch. And I cannot finish without mentioning the thoughtful snacks. That was really above and beyond - and very appreciated.

Amazing place to stay if you are in the area! It’s at a great location, very peaceful neighborhood and lots to do. I will definitely be back if I am in the area again!!

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Leizel’s place is great! My second time there and same hospitality. Leizel’s place is great for a single traveler or possibly couple. Close to the highway and stores, restaurants, bars, etc. She is friendly and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Safe location and great value! I highly suggest her when in the area.

This house runs more smoothly than most fine hotels. The house is beautiful and the mirrored ceilings are awesome. You can easily walk to the airport in minutes. The hosts are responsive in minutes and are a CLASS ACT!!! WE will be back.

This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. We really love this home and getting to know Rudy more and more with every visit. Claudia is a wonderful and responsive host, who sent us helpful information and recommendations of area restaurants. Her home is so cozy and immaculate, with special touches throughout. It’s also in the heart of Fairfield, within minutes of anywhere in town. We’ll certainly be back!

Ned's cottage was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was exactly what my wife and I were looking for in the Clinton area for our short stay. The cottage is a short drive to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Clinton, great water view restaurants and a very good vineyard which also has terrific food! Thanks Ned!

We loved Laura and Dana’s Big Easy home by the beach. It was big and comfortable and every detail had been thought about to maximize our enjoyment. Drawers and closets and cabinets were all labeled so we didn’t have to search for anything or guess where anything was. Literally every need had been anticipated! Amazing. The beds and bedding and linens and towels were abundant and soft and comfortable. The kitchen amenities were awesome, from an air fryer, to a full set of bar tools and blender, to great appliances. The decor was happy and cheerful and creative and fun. There were so many places to sit and enjoy, both inside and out. Do not hesitate to choose this wonderful place for a visit of any length. You will love it!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

We had the best time at the beach house! We have two toddlers and the location of the house was perfect! Easy walk to the beach. They played in low, medium and high tide and loved them all equally. Sunsets from the deck are breathtaking. Morning walks on the quiet block and along the beach were so peaceful. The surrounding town is adorable with some great restaurants. Kids had a blast at dockside brewery. House was super clean, host always responsive and neighbors were kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Stop whatever you’re doing in the area and take 10 minutes to walk across the street to enjoy the sunset. I guarantee it’s addictive. Spent a post-Labor Day weekend with some friends and had an amazing time. The condo is centrally located between downtown Southampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and all that those areas have to offer. Several beaches, both bay-side and ocean-side, are also close by, but we mostly ended up lounging by the pool. The condo itself is spacious which is only further amplified by the amount of natural light reflecting off the bright interiors that let you know you’re near the beach. There are plenty of towels—both bath and beach—and there is ample beach equipment that you can use. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking/dining at home, and there’s an outdoor patio equipped with a grill and dining furniture. Hostess could not have been nicer or more responsive, so I will definitely want to stay here again.

Will definitely be repeat customers when we come back to CT to see friends and family. The place is exactly as described, spotless and was a home away from home. Elizabeth answered any questions quickly. Thank you for making our first experience with Air Bnb a positive one.

I stayed in this airbnb for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location can’t be beat; My guest and I walked to the beach, the movies, the aquarium, Norwalk riverwalk, the train station, and at least 30+ restaurants. The apartment itself was a comfortable size for 1-2 people. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need for your stay. There was a small balcony, which was nice for some fresh air with your morning coffee. Nicole gave plenty of local recommendations and was very responsive. Would stay again!

Andrew’s place was awesome. Just steps to a beautiful pool and the ocean! Couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Will was pleasant, easy to reach for quick fixes and very communicative! He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful with locating the apartment as the map location was a little off. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and clean! We stayed for 16 days and had little to no issues. I am confident anyone else would find this place to be worth the price!

The house was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is perfect! It's very close to downtown New Milford and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!
