The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. Apartment to feel good with flair

Sit back and relax in this comfortable place to stay. Enjoy the sunset on the sun terrace. The apartment is suitable for 4-6 people. In the living room, there is 1 pull-out bed (180 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed (140 x 200) available. In the bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and enjoy. The daylight-filled bathroom has a shower tub and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available.

The almost 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it already flows the small Welzbach, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. The cottage (approx. 70 sqm) is a converted stable and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and is only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. In principle, it is only suitable for 2 people.
