The first parts of the property were built in 1824. The suite (approx. 0 square meters) with veranda (16 square meters) was added and expanded in 2007. The rooms are lovingly furnished and offer everything your heart desires: cozy hours in front of the fireplace in winter, and relaxed evenings with a glass of wine on the veranda in summer. When furnishing, we placed emphasis on a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The suite offers tranquility and the fully glazed fireplace room invites you to dream.

Our apartment is located in the quiet forest area of Mainz-Gonsenheim. The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

The country house "Anneliese" is very idyllically located above the small village of Engelstadt in Rheinhessen, surrounded by nature and good air. Here you and your family will find peace and quiet. Not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley and the state capital of Mainz, there are many possibilities: wineries and wine taverns ensure physical well-being and bike paths lead through the vineyards to the Rhine, where numerous castles can be visited.

The almost 30 square meter non-smoking apartment in the heart of Rheinhessen is located in the Spielstraße less than 2 minutes' walk from the playground. Behind it already flows the small Welzbach, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. Our newly renovated, very specious loft-style flat is centrally located in a beautiful old winery in the heart of Rüdesheim. All attractions are just around the corner. In only a few minutes you can reach the main attractions like the cable car station, the famous "Drosselgasse" or start your hike up to the Niederwald monument. Even thou centrally located the flat offers privacy and tranquility. All you need for a relaxing stay in Rüdesheim.

Surrounded by nature reserves and also many wineries, short destinations are easily accessible on foot or by bike. Mainz, Wiesbaden, Eltville are approx. 20 minutes, Rüdesheim or Frankfurt in 30-40 minutes (by car). The apartment is in our detached house, with separate entrance and terrace and is suitable for families with up to 2 children.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
