Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021, combining modern architecture with sustainable design and great attention to detail. Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, the Kaiserfleckerl is the perfect starting point in the heart of Tyrol.

The cozy apartment in traditional Tyrolean style is located on the first floor of our apartment building and covers a spacious 81 m2. In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with seating area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in Tyrolean farmhouses), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a terrace and a fenced garden area.

Experience the charm of rural Tyrol and unwind in this peaceful, detached cabin with a garden terrace and all the comforts you need for a cozy stay. Lovingly renovated in 2024 with wooden floors and ceilings, and custom-made Swiss pine (Zirbenholz) beds that offer both authentic character and a touch of luxury. Enjoy the view from the terrace until the last rays of sunshine, then light a fire, curl up on the sofa, and relax with a movie on Netflix.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

In the Junior Suite with mountain view category, an apartment of over 30 m² for up to three people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality single sofa bed awaits you. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area, a luxurious bathroom with an oversized shower and washer-dryer, as well as a 10 m² terrace with ample seating for a hearty outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

The sun looks in the window from all sides. The apartment is warm, cozy and stylish. All rooms provide plenty of space for peace and quiet. The bathroom is a private spa, on the balcony you sit in the middle of the alpine recreation room. Why the title of Alpine Forest? The Kitzbühler Alps are outside and the woods of the Alps are inside: cherry, alder, beech, spruce, ash, oak, pine - the table, the bed, everything made by hand.

The house is located just a few meters' walk from the lake and the center of Schliersee. In the surrounding area there are many opportunities to do mountain sports and then relax in the large, sunny apartment. A large balcony offers the possibility to enjoy the sun from the house. You will stay in the smallest house in Rattenberg in the smallest city in Austria (about 450 inhabitants). The central location of Rattenberg between Kufstein and Innsbruck invites you to do many activities. With me you get the Alpbachtal Card with which you can take the gondola in Alpbach in summer free of charge on the mountain.
