Es hat einen separaten Eingang und liegt im Souterrain unseres Hauses. Kostenfreier WLAN Zugang ist eingerichtet. In dem Wohn-Schlafzimmer für 1-2 Personen gibt es keine Küche, aber die Möglichkeit sich ein Frühstück zuzubereiten. Eine Kaffeepadmaschine , ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Geschirr und Gläser sind vorhanden.

The 1,500 sqm hillside property offers a breathtaking view of the Rhine valley and Stolzenfels Castle. Despite its quiet location, the centre of Lahnstein is just 900 metres away on foot, and bus stops are just a 2-minute walk away. A total of 105 m² of living space is available (2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway, utility room, terrace).

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Im Winter (unter 5°C) ist der Whirlpool leider nicht nutzbar.
