Das Apartment mit Erker zur Stadtmitte, liegt innerhalb der historischen Stadtmauern in der Zähringer Altstadt Villingen. Das Haus; sowie das Apartment ist 2025 komplett neu saniert. Durch die mittelalterliche Bausubstanz in Verbindung mit modernem und hochwertigen Design entstand ein einzigartiges Flair. Das Apartment bietet auf knapp 100 m² zwei Schlafzimmer, ein modernes Bad, eine hochwertige Küche; sowie das historische Wohnzimmer (Highlight) mit einer gewölbten Holzdecke aus dem Jahre 1513.

Das Soleil Soul-Chalet bietet auf 120 m², verteilt auf zwei Ebenen, Raum für bis zu sechs Personen – ein Ort zum Ankommen.

The cozy nest

Mitten auf der grünen Wiese in unserem Garten bieten wir einen liebevoll gestalteten Schlafwagen zur Vermietung an. Für maximal zwei Personen stellen wir hier einen entspannten Rückzugsort mit der Möglichkeit für Lagerfeuer und Nutzung unseres Grundstücks zur Verfügung. Der Wagen ist ausgestattet mit Strom, einer Kapsel Kaffeemaschine und allem nötigen für den einfachen täglichen Gebrauch. Eine warme Dusche und Toilette findet Ihr bei uns im Wohnhaus direkt nebenan. Wir freuen uns auf Euch!
