Design apartment 100 m² "guild hall"/city center

The apartment with bay window to the city center, is located within the historic city walls in the Zähringen old town of Villingen. The house, as well as the apartment, will be completely renovated in 2025. The medieval structure combined with modern and high-quality design created a unique flair. The apartment offers two bedrooms on just under 100 m², a modern bathroom, a high-quality kitchen; as well as the historic living room (highlight) with a vaulted wooden ceiling from 1513.

The highway A 81 towards Singen and Stuttgart and the B27 are 3 minutes away.

In the middle of the green meadow in our garden, we offer a lovingly designed sleeping car for rent. For a maximum of two people, we provide a relaxing retreat with the possibility for campfires and use of our property. The car is equipped with electricity, a capsule coffee machine and everything necessary for easy daily use. A warm shower and toilet can be found in the house right next door. The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
