Close to nature in a beautiful house with a garden / 10 beds

Das alte Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf am Rande des Bergischen Landes, einen Katzensprung vom Westerwald entfernt. Das Haus wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert, nur die Fassade fehlt noch. Es gibt sechs Zimmer, zwei Bäder, eine große Küche, ein Wohnzimmer auf dem Dachboden und ein großes Grundstück (ca. 2.000 m²). Das Häuschen liegt ruhig am Ortsrand eines 300-Seelendorfes, es gibt keine Durchfahrtsstraße, die vornehmlichen Geräusche sind das gelegentliche Blöken der Schafe des Nachbarn.

In der neuen stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung fängt der Urlaub direkt an. In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, unmittelbar am Rothaarsteig gelegen kannst du direkt zu Wander- und Radtouren starten. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, Gästezimmer für plus 2 Gäste, ein grosses Bad mit Wanne, Gäste WC mit Dusche, einen Wohn-/Essraum (mit Kaminofen) und Südwest-Balkon. Auf der grossen Südost-Terasse kannst du grillen und die Sonne geniessen. Die Küche ist komfortabel eingerichtet.

Waldaue

Am Rand eines idyllischen Hofs im Westerwald liegt unser Standort Waldbach – mit weitem Blick über Wiesen und Wälder, soweit das Auge reicht. Im Hintergrund begleitet dich das sanfte Rauschen eines kleinen Bachs – dein Soundtrack zum Entschleunigen. Direkt ab der Cabin starten Wanderwege durch Wald und Feld. Auch mit dem Rad lässt sich die Umgebung wunderbar erkunden. Am Abend sitzt du auf der Terrasse oder am Feuer – mit weitem Blick in die Natur und dem Gefühl, ganz bei dir zu sein.

Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Vacation in a half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Design chalet with lake view, sauna, fireplace & Jacuzzi

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

1 room by the forest perfect for hiking

There's nothing here but lots of nature! For hiking or cycling, you have a perfect starting point from our AirBnb (20 sqm with private bathroom), but it is also great to just snuggle in for a weekend. You need a car here! It is 8 minutes to the nearest bakery where you can have a nice breakfast, as well as to shops Edeka/ Penny 8 minutes, the nearest Lidl /Aldi / Rewe/ DM is 12 minutes away Bonn 45 - 60 min Cologne Bonn Airport 45 min Cologne 1 h - 1.5 h

Our vacation home is located in the middle of the beautiful air culture resort Windecker Ländchen, surrounded by nature and ideal for a relaxing vacation. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room as a conservatory with a fireplace. The private garden with terrace and barbecue hut invites you to relax. Enjoy the view of the beautiful nature from the terrace or take a walk along the Sieg.

Die voll eingerichtete Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen ein (inkl. Spülmaschine) und auf der Terrasse vor der Scheune könnt ihr in Ruhe frühstücken, grillen oder einfach entspannen.
