The house is furnished to allow families with (and without) children to have a good time. Cycling and hiking trails are right around the corner. Dexheim itself has a lot to offer (culture in the park, history, the town hall garden, and more), but so do Oppenheim, Nierstein, Worms, Mainz, and Heidelberg – it's just beautiful here! The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. The settlement is located at an altitude of around 400 m, around 300 m above the Rhine and is surrounded by meadows, vineyards and the forest.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
