Our cozy, remote home has direct access to many of Czechia’s best hiking/ski areas and natural treasures. With three bedrooms, a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, jacuzzi and other relaxing amenities. Our private home with 4000m² land is perfect for a solitary retreat, couples or groups. The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Guests who are staying only for 1 night pay a surcharge of €20

On our alpaca farm, a retired dinghy cruiser has run aground and offers space in two berths below deck to sail off to the land of dreams. Above deck, there is plenty of space to enjoy the balmy evenings with a good book or to share a few more sailor's tales. Kitchen, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available on our yard in the common area.
