The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Ihr schaut aus Eurem mollig geheiztem Wagen auf eine verträumte Landschaft im Winterschlaf, kommt zur Ruhe und macht Euch Gedanken, wie es weiter gehen soll. Dann geht Ihr wandern, oder setzt Euch auf die Terrasse und macht ein Lagerfeuer. Nach einer Führung über das Gelände unserer Gemeinschaft auf Schloss Gersdorf werden wir Euch inspiriert in Euren Sitzsack sinken und weiter über den Sinn des Lebens grübeln lassen! With a far-reaching view of rocks and forests, you can dream of the next hikes in the large double bed under the roof. After long tours, your tired feet can recover under the starry sky in the warm hot tub or in the log sauna.
