The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

We rent a houseboat on the Lahn in Fachbach with 2 bunk beds, as well as a 2-seat/sleeping combination. The boat is suitable for up to 4 people. The houseboat is currently not rented for sailing! For urgent and last-minute requests, please call. Please NOTE that the check-in times must be adhered to, as they cannot be changed. The check-in time is from 3 pm to 6 pm at the latest. After that, check-in is only possible by arrangement.
