Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Nikiti

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Auszeit in Agios Niklaos im Mai 2024. Wir lieben den kleinen Ort mit seinem schönen Platz und den netten Restaurants. Alles ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach aber absolut ausreichend für einen entspannten Strandurlaub zu zweit. Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche, einem Schlafzimmer und einem neu renovieren Bad sowie einer großen, überdachten Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist für diese Umgebung und dafür, an die verschiedenen Strände zu kommen sehr empfehlenswert. Es kann direkt neben dem Haus auf einer freien Fläche geparkt werden. Die Zufahrt im Ort ist teilweise recht eng, weshalb ein kleinerer Mietwagen einfacherer zu handhaben ist.

Nellis Airbnb was very accessible to all, nestled in a quiet area of Kriopigi. It was close to all with a quick drive. My family and I enjoyed our stay in Halkidiki. Nelli was a wonderful host who responded quickly to all inquiries.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

The house was very clean, perfect for 4 people. Very close to the beach, 10 min walking distance. We loved the garden. Host is very helpful and communication went very well and easy. Thank you

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

O casă de vacanță absolut superbă în Sithonia! Am petrecut un sejur minunat într-o casă extrem de bine dotată, în care ne-am simțit ca acasă din prima clipă. Gazdele au avut grijă de absolut toate detaliile – de la fier și masă de călcat, feon, aparat de cafea cu spumant de lapte și toaster, până la cuptor cu microunde, mașină de spălat rufe și chiar mașină de spălat vase. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar dotările – de foarte bună calitate: geluri de duș și șampon, prosoape pufoase, lenjerie de pat premium. Terasa este un colț de rai – parfumul florilor și sunetele plăcute ale rândunicilor creează o atmosferă de vis. În plus, grătarul pe gaz este ideal pentru seri relaxante în familie. Casa are aer condiționat, aparat pentru protecție anti-insecte, iar totul este gândit pentru confort. Este perfectă pentru familii cu copii – plaja are nisip fin, galben, și o intrare lină în apa turcoaz. Există și șezlonguri, plus echipamente pentru activități pe apă. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Mevsim itibarıyla havalar soğumuştu ama evde battaniye gibi destek ihtiyaçları hazır edilmişti. Her anlamda kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein tolles Frühstück, was im Preis enthalten war. Der Service war toll. Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war auch toll.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig! Der Gastgeber war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – wirklich jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Als Highlight hat er uns abends sogar noch Pizza gebracht – so viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit erlebt man selten! Die Unterkunft war top, alles super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ich kann diesen Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles – gerne jederzeit wieder!

It was a nice stay and the host was great

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit dem Garten von beiden Seiten. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, trotzallem sehr ruhig. Wir können Yoana nur weiterempfehlen. Im Kühlschrank war eine Flasche Wein die wir beim Grillabend genossen haben.

Ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Stadt war zu Fuß ganz schnell zu erreichen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

Great place with a very calm location, but close to everything needed. Fascinating view of the sea from the terrace.

We had an amazing stay at Athina’s place! Her mum, Olga was a great host. Their place is very spacious and secluded. The apartment has a private entry, with a terrace looking over the sea, and it was great to have a coffee in the morning! The kitchen and dining room have everything one needs for a vacation, bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and hangers. There is also a washing machine at your disposal! Our family of five (three generations) enjoyed a lot in nearby hikes and swims!

perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

The place was in a very good location, about 10-15min walk from the best beach in the area (Karydi beach), right next to the grocery store and restaurants. As it was on the main street it wasn’t always super quiet, but at least everything was nearby. All the quieter areas were farther away from the beaches, cafes and shops. And the main street is not too busy, so it was all good. The house and yard offered enough privacy so that whatever was happening on the street didn’t bother us too much. The place was also super clean and roomy enough for 3-5 people. Yard was also well kept. The house was equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals and feel like at home. Isavella also gave us excellent tips on what to visit and where to eat nearby.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Το σπίτι ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο. Καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα, όπου μπορείς να πας με τα πόδια. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλόξενοι και πάντα διαθέσιμοι να μας βοηθήσουν. Μας είχαν επίσης ετοιμάσει έναν οδηγό με χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για παραλίες και δραστηριότητες στην περιοχή. Κάτι που αξίζει να σημειωθεί είναι ότι είχαν φροντίσει ακόμα και για τις συχνές διακοπές νερού της περιοχής, ένα πρόβλημα που είχαμε αντιμετωπίσει στο παρελθόν σε άλλα καταλύματα τόσο στη Βουρβουρού όσο και στη Νικήτη. Έχουν λάβει τα κατάλληλα μέτρα ώστε οι επισκέπτες να μην έχουν κανένα θέμα. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε στο Forest Hill Villa!

We had a wonderful stay at Yiannis House in Chalkidiki this May. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. Yiannis was a friendly and attentive host, always available if we needed anything. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Chalkidiki.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit gepflegtem Garten und Pool, der jeden Tag gereinigt wurde. Es entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat zur Begrüßung Obst und Wasser bereit gestellt. Obwohl er kein English spricht und wir leider kein Griechisch, klappte die Kommunikation problemlos und auf Anfragen reagierte er sofort. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da keine Läden oder Restaurants fussläufig zu erreichen sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl geführt und können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!
