Holiday rentals with breakfast in Niort

Chantal and Michel are exceptional hosts, we had a wonderful weekend and were able to give my dad an exceptional birthday! They were immensely kind and generous during our stay, also very accommodating! We were close to Poitiers and Futuroscope while enjoying a charming and extremely peaceful and rejuvenating environment. Shops remain easily accessible despite everything! They introduced us to the local gastronomy through many small attentions.

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

A beautiful house very well furnished and equipped. A responsive host. Only small downside: the house is far from the essential shops for taking the car even to pick up the bread and the road that passes right in front of the house and is quite noisy in the early morning. A beautiful area with lots of places to visit

We chose this cottage to spend a nice weekend with friends. The welcome was absolutely warm. Janique and Christophe are caring and adorable, unanimously loved by our little band of 8 rockers (and rockers)! As for the cottage, if you are looking for peace and quiet, "La Part des Anges" will enchant you! Outside, there is plenty of space (with shaded areas). Inside we had a superb living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom and above all 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which have a shower room. It's clean and well arranged and if you like reading you may find some gems... In addition, with nearly 28°, we enjoyed the coolness of this old house. Breakfast filled us with good coffee, tasty jams, pure orange juice and homemade bread. Thank you again Janique and Christophe for this delicious but far too short stay.

Very nice stay. Walking distance to AYTRÉ beach in 10 minutes, beautiful walk along the sea. House with large terrace very nice and quiet. Close to La Rochelle and Chatelaillon 15 minutes by car. Rooms on the ground floor in the cool when it is 27. We'll be there again. Thanks for the stay.

I had a great stay at Léa's apartment. It is perfectly located in the center of La Rochelle, everything is within walking distance, which is really convenient. The apartment is exactly as described, no complaints. Léa was very responsive and accommodating, responding quickly to all my messages. I highly recommend it!

With my daughters we really enjoyed the stay at Dana's. The apartment is spacious and pleasant to stay in. No unpleasant surprises, everything matched the description and the comments from previous tenants are accurate. Sylvie in charge of check-in and checkout was very friendly and communication with Dana was easy and enjoyable. The location is really ideal when you want to stay right in the center and you can do anything on foot. Therefore, I recommend this listing ++++++ and I thank Dana and Sylvie for the service and their kindness. If the opportunity arises, I will be happy to go back.

A charming stone cottage, full of authenticity, where you can immediately feel at home. Katia's thoughtful hospitality, pleasant exchanges and breakfasts worthy of a 5-star hotel were a real pleasure. Conveniently located: only 20 minutes from La Rochelle, with shops accessible by car and the beach 10 minutes away. An exotic weekend that allowed us to replenish our energy. A big thank you to Katia for his generosity and hospitality!

Beautiful garden and pool area with exotic plants and cosy shared lounge which was unique and well designed. Thierry was very friendly and extremely hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the selection of jams and marmalade made by Florence. The bedroom was comfortable with a spacious bathroom including a bath. Highly recommended and we would definitely go back .

A very large bedroom perfectly equipped, bright and well decorated, nearby toilet and shower room, private entrance, parking space in the property for the car and garage for bikes, delicious breakfast with fresh bread, butter and homemade jams...what more could you ask for? But above all, a warm and friendly welcome from Françoise, who cares about the well-being of her guests. A great step!

The grounds are delightful, bordering on idyllic. Our room was furnished as for a glossy magazine article but all the mod cons were in place. We received a guided tour around the grounds at the beginning and met many of the animals including Luna the collie who was absolutely adorable and Moldemort the black swan who tried to leave an indelible impression on my toes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked a treat. The alfresco breakfast space was lovely - as were our hosts. Just an all-round happy experience
