Quiet neighborhood although located in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the cinemas, cafes, restaurants, shops… 1/4 of an hour walk to our magnificent dungeon and the Sèvre Niortaise, entrance to the Marais Poitevin that you can walk through by the green coulee. The bus stop is 200 meters away, they are free, direct universities and mutuals. Free street parking, paying parking at 100m.
