Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Niterói

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

Easy to find location, quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The house is the same as in the photos. Paulo provided initial assistance by answering questions and Renato welcomed us at check-in, being extremely helpful and giving us all the support we needed during our stay. It was very worth staying.

The Beauty of the Beach Exceeded my Expectations and the House was just perfect for an open-air, restful and safe visit. We ate a Fresh Fish Platter for lunch at a local Beach Kiosk and were NOT Disappointed!

The stay was wonderful! It was my first airbnb experience and the apartment was spotlessly clean and smelling, it had everything we could possibly need, even more than is advertised here. Rafaela was super attentive and kind all the time, accommodated my requests and helped me a lot in the whole process. Not only is the apartment beautiful, well cared for, safe and complete, but the surroundings have everything you may need very close. I definitely intend to return to this wonderful area when I visit the river again!

Incredible apartment, with a 10/10 view of the Christ, Sugar Loaf..., we even made a blog showing our stay at the accommodation since the mornings were dreamlike. Located in one of the best areas of RJ, very safe, where you can move around all day without worries. The host made it easy for us to check out and other things.

Raquel is an excellent host, responds quickly. Understood my situation and allowed flexibility in check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet, everything is close by. The condominium laundry was a great help. And Raquel's place is excellent, I recommend it and would return.

We felt at home. Exactly like the description and photos. Very comfortable, perfect decor and very quiet neighbors. Access to everything. My family was very well installed. Estadia no problem. Carolline and Silma met our demands and doubts always quickly. Excellent cost x benefit. We miss the "apt" (nickname given by my children).

The space is very cozy, the room is huge, everything was very clean, the condominium is the best in the region and Denis was helpful from the beginning to the end of the stay, I will return soon.
