Notre maison est située dans le bourg de Villiers au Bouin avec Wifi. Composée au RDC d'une entrée avec placard, salon avec nouveau canapé convertible (avec vrai matelas de 18cm), cuisine tout aménagée, salle à manger, salle d'eau avec douche et toilette séparés. Au 1er étage, une grande chambre avec un lit double et rangement. Il y a une cour avec table et chaises de jardin ainsi qu'un barbecue. Possibilité de mettre vos vélos dans une dépendance. Parking. Magnifique gîte situé au milieu de 12 ha de nature, entre prairies et forêt pour se ballader et observer les animaux, endroit calme et reposant. Le gîte est situé dans le vignoble des Jasnières avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée du Loir. Au départ du gîte, vous pourrez visiter de beaux villages au bord de la rivière par la voie verte. Nous sommes Paysan-boulanger, la ferme est situé à 3 min du gîte, vous pourrez venir chercher votre pain à la ferme et déguster du vin chez nos amis vigneron.
