Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus liegt ruhig am Feldrand, in der Nähe unseres über 150 Jahre alten Gulfhofes - ideal für Paare oder Freunde,die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Unsere kleine Unterkunft lädt zum Entspannen ein und dazu, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Besonderheit ist, dass zur Wohnung ein See gehört in dem man Angeln und Schwimmen kann. Diesen teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern der Hauses, so dass man auch schnell Anschluss zu den lokalen Nachbarn findet, falls man das möchte. Der Ortskern von Norden befindet sich 800m entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man durch eine Straße mit abwechslungsreichen Restaurants.

This apartment with its own entrance, large garden and terrace is a natural recreational oasis with a natural design, warming light, which results from the clay plaster and large windows. The gallery gives the apartment a spacious feeling with views of the dike and river. A pellet stove supplies the wall and underfloor heating and at the same time gives even more coziness through its warming flame.

The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Bedrooms, a shower room and an additional toilet are located upstairs, where grain used to be stored. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in unserer 86 qm großen Unterkunft. Das moderne Ferienhaus befindet sich in direkter Lage zum Yachthafen Norddeich. Der Fähranleger nach Norderney und Juist sowie der Bahnhof Norddeich Mole ist fußläufig zu erreichen (ca.400 Meter). Das Reihenhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohn- u. Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit WC, Gäste-WC und zwei Schlafzimmer, sowie zwei Terrassen zum Grillen und Sonne genießen.

Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Gäste mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer zusätzlichen Schlafmöglichkeit im separaten Wohnbereich. Eine private, eingezäunte Terrasse, eine moderne Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein kostenloser Parkplatz stehen zur Verfügung. Edeka, das Zentrum und Norddeich (ca. 3 km) sind schnell erreichbar.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelstockbett und offener Schlafbereich auf der Galerie. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, geräumiges Bad und liebevoll eingerichtete Räume. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen der Ruhe. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen. Der große Bade-See gehört dazu.

Exceptional, beautiful and cozy, this spacious accommodation offers space for a relaxing break for 2 people in a listed house with its own terrace and a large garden. Quiet yet close to the center in the north. A wood-burning stove provides charming coziness on gray days. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs in this property.
