In the harbor you have direct boat connections to the popular day trips, along the seal banks in the Wadden Sea National Park as well as to the islands, Juist and Norderney. The holiday home was awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association.

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Landhaus liegt ruhig am Feldrand, in der Nähe unseres über 150 Jahre alten Gulfhofes - ideal für Paare oder Freunde,die Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit suchen. Nach einem Spaziergang am Deich oder Strand könnt ihr den Abend in der gemütlichen Wohnung oder auf der schönen Terasse mit Blick auf die Felder ausklingen lassen. Die weite Landschaft und die frische Nordseeluft machen den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Unsere kleine Unterkunft lädt zum Entspannen ein und dazu, die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Besonderheit ist, dass zur Wohnung ein See gehört in dem man Angeln und Schwimmen kann. Diesen teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern der Hauses, so dass man auch schnell Anschluss zu den lokalen Nachbarn findet, falls man das möchte. Der Ortskern von Norden befindet sich 800m entfernt und fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Weg dorthin kommt man durch eine Straße mit abwechslungsreichen Restaurants.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in unserer 86 qm großen Unterkunft. Das moderne Ferienhaus befindet sich in direkter Lage zum Yachthafen Norddeich. Der Fähranleger nach Norderney und Juist sowie der Bahnhof Norddeich Mole ist fußläufig zu erreichen (ca.400 Meter). Das Reihenhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohn- u. Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Bad mit WC, Gäste-WC und zwei Schlafzimmer, sowie zwei Terrassen zum Grillen und Sonne genießen.

The ground-floor apartment with terrace is oriented to the west and north with a view of the surrounding fields. The bedrooms, the shower room and the separate toilet are located in the rear part of the apartment and are separated from the living room by a hallway. The approx. 33 m² living room with kitchenette and dining table has a ceiling height of around 2.9 m. The cozy sofa corner is the ideal place to relax and a fireplace provides comfort.

From the top floor of a stylish building in the immediate vicinity of the Hunte, the apartment offers a view of the river and the entire harbor district and space for up to five people. The roof terrace invites you to enjoy the end of the day, the first coffee or simply the sunset. The old town of Oldenburg is a short walk away. We offer an underground parking space.

Willkommen in unserer frisch renovierten, modernen EG Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und zentraler Lage in Norden. Die Unterkunft bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Gäste mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer zusätzlichen Schlafmöglichkeit im separaten Wohnbereich. Eine private, eingezäunte Terrasse, eine moderne Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein kostenloser Parkplatz stehen zur Verfügung. Edeka, das Zentrum und Norddeich (ca. 3 km) sind schnell erreichbar.

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Gemütliches Blockhaus in traumhafter Alleinlage am kleinen See – ein echtes Natur-Idyll mit blühenden Seerosen im Sommer. Separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelstockbett und offener Schlafbereich auf der Galerie. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, geräumiges Bad und liebevoll eingerichtete Räume. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen der Ruhe. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen. Der große Bade-See gehört dazu.

The bungalow has two bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The bright spacious living area offers a cozy sofa area including armchairs and shares its space with a separate dining area. The kitchen is separate from the living area and offers a well-equipped kitchenette. The new bathroom with walk-in shower completes the floor plan.
